Refund policy

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements can't be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

To start a return, email info@titanfuel.org and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
